July 30, 2012
Animals, Derbyshire, General, Horse Holidays, Peak District,This week we have a guest blogger: Nora from Norway who is riding her pony, Juniblest, all the way from the New Forest to Newcastle-upon-Tyne for charity. archeology, Derbyshire, Eco, Farm, Food and drink, General, History, Peak District, Tourism, Walking, Wildlife,It was all sunshine and smiles for our "Roman and Railway Ramble" lead by Derbyshire County Council Ranger Sarah Fanthorpe-Smith. It was the fourth year we have hosted the walk as part of the Visit Peak District & Derbyshire Walking Festival, and it proved as popular as ever with 30 guests setting off over the farm fields.
