Our resident artist Roger Allen has won a Derbyshire County Council Award for his watercolour and pencil drawing at The Derbyshire Open arts competition. The award winning painting is incredibly detailed, but may not be to everyone's taste as it depicts some grim images of rotting sheep. I hasten to add that our flock are all live and well and were not models for this painting!
