solid as a rock! The weather has picked up and we were fortunate to have some brilliant Spring sunshine today as we laid the concrete for the foundations of our new Rainster log cabin. The first mix was a little on the "stoggey" side which made it difficult to work with, but the second delivery was a much better consistency and after an afternoon of wheelbarrowing (saves David going to the gym) we had the basic levels ready for the next stage, the block work . Rubbish or treasure? Everything seems extremely quiet at Hoe Grange after the hectic build up to our dairy sale - it really is quite strange - I have even made it to school sports day for the first time! The majority of sale items have now been picked up; the last few heifers have left in cattle trailers today, the tractor and feeder wagon have been taken off on low loaders, the milking equipment in the dairy is being dismantled and the scrap lorry has fetched away the large pile of what I considered to be rubbish - but as they say one m...

Accessible Holidays, General, Group Holidays,electric profile bed with memory foam mattress Just to keep you all in the picture we have recently added to our accessible facilities in Hipley cabin with the purchase of an electric profile bed with memory foam mattress. It really is extremely comfortable - I think I could do with one at home! It is one of the single beds in the twin room, but where necessary the second bed can be removed to allow full access from either side. The bed has an adjustable frame allowing independent operation to support the five key areas - neck, back, hips...
