Our Artist in residence Roger Allen has scooped a top prize in the Derbyshire Open Art Exhibition, in the Watercolour category. A smiling Elliot "6 months later" We are delighted to report that our resident artist, Roger Allan, has had his watercolour painting of our son Elliot accepted for the Royal Watercolour Society's Contemporary Watercolour Exhibition at the Bankside Gallery in London, which runs from 24th February until 14th March 2012. If you remember the first painting “The boy with the broken arm”, featured Elliot standing in front of a small copse in winter, looking rather dejected with his arm in a sling. The painting is on display at the Bankside Gallery in London from now until 10th March 2011.
