I can well remember two very nervous hosts showing in our first visitors Mr and Mrs Clews and their friends Mr and Mrs Fox, who brought 2 horses with them. A couple of weeks later we welcomed Mr and Mrs Fosby, who was a our first wheelchair using guest. If you love cheese then you'll love our next local delicacy on our Derbyshire food trail, lovingly created by the very passionate chef and pub owner, Matteo Frau. A real family fun weekend. I have a question - perhaps you can help? What do you call a bicycle made for 3 people? I've never seen one before, but there were quite a few at L'Eroica. Not a tricycle as that has a single wheel at the front and two behind and is just for one rider - is it a Triandem?? The atmosphere was amazing ...

The best oranges to use for making marmalade are Seville oranges as they are bitter and counteract the amount of sugar required, thus giving a wonderful tangy taste that's not too sweet. They are only available in January from your local fruit and veg shop, but be warned they sell out quickly. Ingredients: 1kg Seville oranges 1 large lemon 2.5 litres water 2kg sugar a knob of butter Method: Marmalade isn't as difficult as you think to make, but it is ...
