Heading off on holiday should be exciting, not stressful. But when you rely on accessible equipment like mobile hoists or electric profiling beds at home, it’s natural to wonder how you’ll manage on holiday. Will the bed be right? Will you have space to move around? What equipment do you need to bring with you?
When you're setting off for Hoe Grange Holidays, you don’t need to cram it all in the car. We’ve got a wide range of accessible equipment ready and waiting, including mobile hoists and electric profile beds, all available free of charge. Our aim is to help you travel lighter, relax sooner and feel fully supported in a peaceful countryside setting.

Over the last 19 years, we’ve built our accessible facilities around real feedback from guests. Our four spacious log cabins welcome people with a wide range of access needs, from limited mobility to sensory impairments, autism or dementia.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. Our cabins are calm, spacious, uncluttered and flexible, so you can stick to your usual routines - or do things a little differently.
Whether you need a specific bed height, extra turning space or equipment set up a certain way, just let us know. We want you to feel at home, and that starts with the right support in place.
We know how bulky hoists can be, and how hard it is to fit everything in the car, especially if you’re travelling with a dog too!
To make your life easier, we offer two different electric mobile hoists to use during your stay, which are for use in Hipley, Rainster or Daisybank cabins, along with a manual hydraulic hoist for the hot tub on Daisybank decking. You’ll just need to bring your own sling and pre-book the hoist you prefer to guarantee availability.

Need a pressure-relieving mattress? We've just added one to our wide range of bookable equipment. We’re also happy to take delivery of oxygen tanks or other specialist equipment ahead of your stay.
Accessible holidays should feel easy. That’s why we offer over 40 pieces of accessible equipment, free of charge, from toilet frames, bed rails, rise and recline armchairs to shower chairs and profile beds. We even have a manual hydraulic hot tub hoist for Daisybank cabin so you can enjoy the bubbles too.
