HOW TO FIND HOE GRANGE

Directions to Hoe Grange from the North via M1

Leave M1 at junction 28, take the A38 to Ripley then A610 to Ambergate, and the A6 to Cromford. Turn left off A6 then right onto A5012 to Grangemill, then follow the B5056 towards Ashbourne. After passing straight through Longcliffe crossroads and under the bridge, Hoe Grange is the next farm on the right hand side approx. 3/4 of a mile down the hill.

Directions to Hoe Grange from South via M1

Leave M1 at junction 24. Follow A50 towards Uttoxeter / Alton Towers. At Sudbury, leave A50 and take A515 to Ashbourne. Keep on this road though Ashbourne heading towards Buxton. After several miles turn right onto the B5056 towards Bakewell, Hoe Grange is on this road on the left hand side 5 miles from this junction. If you reach Longcliffe crossroads you have gone too far.

Directions to Hoe Grange from M6

Leave M6 at junction 15, follow signs for A50 towards Derby. At Sudbury, leave A50 and take A515 to Ashbourne. Keep on this road though Ashbourne heading towards Buxton. After several miles turn right onto the B5056 towards Bakewell, Hoe Grange is on this road on the left hand side 5 miles from this junction. If you reach Longcliffe crossroads you have gone too far.

Public transport is available, but limited, so a car is fairly essential. Derby has the nearest main line railway station, and public transport details can be found at www.traveline.org.uk
