Holiday bookings are usually from Friday through to Friday, although short breaks are available from October to June, or at short notice if available.

Initially bookings may be provisional, by telephone, or e-mail. Booking Form - Click Here. No booking is confirmed until a non-refundable deposit of £150 per cabin has been received.

Alternatively we now accept most major credit and debit cards and you can book online - just click on the Book Online page or call 01629 540262 to give your card details by phone. Please note there is a 3% charge for credit card transactions, but no charge for debit card transactions.

The balance payment is due 6 weeks before the holiday date. Please note you may lose your booking and deposit if we do not receive the full balance as stated.

DIY livery for horses is £20 for the first night and £15 per night thereafter and includes grazing, straw bedding and hay, but not concentrate feed. Shavings and haylage available at extra cost. Full livery is £30 per night; please contact us to discuss your exact requirements.

Bookings shown in peach indicate some horses are staying, please note we only take one group of horses at a time. If Hipley & Rainster cabins are both booked don't despair, give us a ring as sometimes we can rearrange bookings to accommodate less able guests.
